My customer ID and password aren't working

Retail customers

Your customer ID is your email address. If the system cannot find your email when you click on "Email me my password," then re-register as a new user with the address you want to use.

Your email address must be valid.  If you use an invalid address, you will not receive any order confirmations or shipment notifications.  If you don't have a valid email address, you might want to try looking into one of the free online email services (hotmail, yahoo, etc...).

Wholesale Customers

Make sure there are no leading zeros on your customer ID. It should look like 820, not 00820

The default password for wholesale customers is only the first five digits of your zip.

To check and see if your customer ID is valid, enter your ID and click on "Email me my password." It will say "Invalid Customer ID" if the customer ID is wrong.  If your customer ID does not work, call us and we'll try and make things better. (Click on "Contact" above for our phone #)

If it says it emailed your password and you never received the email, make sure you give the internet several minutes for the email to show up.  If it still doesn't show up, call us and we'll try and make things better.

If it says "No email address found for customer," call us and we'll try to make things better.  Be sure to let us know your email address when you call us.
